Angela Morganthal

Angela joined C.F. Smith Property Group in 2023 and serves as Financial and Transaction Manager. She has previously worked as a contract administrator and accountant in residential construction.

Angela graduated from Saint Leo University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. During her college career, she worked as a paralegal for a law firm in Alaska specializing in construction and contract law. Angela returned to Saint Leo University to earn her Master’s in Business Administration in 2012 and is currently studying to obtain her CPA license.

Angela lives in Bunnlevel with her son Jacob and her twin girls, Riley and Avery. In her time off, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new cities to explore, gluten-free baking, hiking, and doing anything outdoors. She also has a love of classic cars, especially her 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28.
