Tri-City, Inc. Changes Name To Honor Founder
The company’s legacy dates back to the 1940’s when Claude Felton Smith, Jr. began his passionate entrepreneurial pursuits that started with farming, evolved into manufacturing, and eventually led him to real estate where he made his mark as a pioneer in the industry. Claude had a knack for being ahead of the curve as it related to locating property, identify growth industries, and was well known as an expert financier.
