Kristin joined C.F. Smith in 2025 as an intern and returned full time in 2026 as an Analyst and Leasing Associate. She attended North Carolina State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. During her time at NC State, she served as President of the Real Estate Club and was actively involved in the Pappas Real Estate Development Program.

Originally from Laurinburg, Kristin has deep roots in the Sandhills and is happy to be back home in Pinehurst. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, needlepointing, and spending time with her family and their golden retriever, Winston.
