As a dedicated Office Manager, she is known for enhancing operational efficiency and fostering strong partner relationships. Cindy excels in coordinating office activities, managing administrative tasks, and supporting a dynamic team of real estate professionals. Cindy holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia. Before joining CF Smith, she gained valuable experience at both a commercial real estate investment firm and a brokerage firm. As Operations Manager at a hypergrowth biotech startup, she played a pivotal role in achieving a $70 million Series A close. Her diverse professional background also includes roles at Bank of America, AmSouth Bank, the GE Capital Leadership Development Program, SECU, and Blue Cross Blue Shield NC.

Residing in Pinehurst with her dog Ryder and cats Sammie and Lulu, Cindy enjoys exploring local trails and dog parks, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with her son Casey, family and friends.
