Catherine joined C.F. Smith Property Group in 2024 and serves as Development and Property Management Support. Previously, she worked as a Project Coordinator for Commercial Development and Construction, and most recently as a Development Project Manager.

While being a stay-at-home mother, Catherine pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland’s Global Campus. However, she discovered her passion for real estate in 2018 when she served as a Transaction Coordinator for a top-producing Real Estate Agent. After moving to North Carolina, she utilized her skills to excel in Project Coordination and Management in the Commercial Development field.

Catherine and her husband, Jason, live in Jackson Springs with their son, Rylan, and their two dogs, Millie and Dixie. They also have a daughter, Emma, who attends the University of Alabama and is studying Criminal Justice/Criminology. In her free time, Catherine enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, kayaking, attending local events, and being with friends.
