Melissa Parlapiano-Conger

Melissa joined C.F. Smith Property Group in 2023 and serves as the Office Manager. Before moving to North Carolina, Melissa attended college in Colorado and worked in the healthcare system for more than twenty years.

Melissa enjoys conquering challenging projects, engaging with people, and making sure deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.   She is excited to be a part of the CFSPG team and looks forward to getting to know more about the community!

Melissa lives in Seven Lakes with her husband, Matt, their triplet teenage daughters, and their rescue pup, Mia.  She also has a stepson who attends college in Colorado. Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, biking, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
