Dave Hanna

Dave was initially contracted by C.F. Smith Property Group from 2003 to 2007 to serve as a consultant in the development of The Cottages at Pinehurst National. In this capacity, Dave assisted with the architectural design, production of legal documents and project registration with the State of North Carolina, established the Homeowners Association budget, along with developing the marketing and sales program.

Dave was contracted again in 2014 to complete the sales of The Cottages and is currently assisting with the planning of an additional fractional real estate developments at Pinehurst National. Dave has an extensive background in destination resort management and was instrumental in the development of the Private Residence Club concept with the opening of Utah’s Deer Valley Club in 1993. In addition to his destination resort involvement, Dave served on the board of directors of a Senior PGA Tour golf tournament in Park City, Utah for 15 years.

Dave is an integral part of the C.F. Smith Property Group team, an excellent golfer, wine connoisseur, and wonderful teammate.
