Caroline Sidoruk

Caroline joined C.F. Smith Property Group in 2023 and serves as the Property Manager. Prior to her role with C.F. Smith, Caroline worked with Kuester Commercial Real Estate in North Carolina where she spearheaded new construction property leasing and managed a townhouse community and shopping center.

She is adept at overseeing a portfolio of properties and developing sound business plans while maintaining professional relationships with the community and tenants.

Enthusiasm, hard work, and personalized service go into everything Caroline does.  She recognizes that each client has specific, individual needs and strives to deliver exceptional customer service for each. Her knowledge of property management, along with these attributes allows her to stand out in the industry.

Caroline and her husband, Mark, live in Vass with their daughter, Emma, and her adorable dogs. She enjoys traveling and exploring new cities, gardening, and spending time with family.
